What Age Can We Start Sleep Training?

8 weeks!

But we can start a few simple things at weeks 5–6!

I’m Not Ready for My Infant to Sleep in Their Own Room Yet. Is That OK?!

Of course!

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) suggests baby stays in the room with you until 12 months anyway!

Can You Help with Co-Sleeping?

Yes! This is #1 reason I help with toddlers!

Do I Have to Stop Co-Sleeping?

That's up to you! We’ll talk about what you want from sleep coaching and figure out how to make it happen.

How Long Till We See Results?

Changes can happen within 3 nights of coaching.

How Long Does It Take to Graduate and Have Amazing Nights?

About 2 week for newborns and infants and about a month for toddlers.

Why Do Toddlers Take Longer?

They’re a bit more strong-willed and opinionated, so we’ll be battling that!

Will I Have to Let Them Cry Endlessly?

Nope! We can pace it with what you’re comfortable with.

It may take longer than 2 weeks, though, if you don’t want any fussing.

Will I Need to Re-Train as Baby Goes Through Developmental Stages/Leaps?

Nope! Once you train with me, you’ll never have to “formally” train again!

You may need to brush up on things, but I’ll give you resources to navigate any challenges down the road.

Can I Use My HSA or FSA to Help Pay for This?

Yes! You just need your pediatrician to write a note and attach my invoice when you submit for reimbursement.

Who were you certified through?
Rested Mama, Happy Baby!
